If you’re looking to have a true adventure book your rafting adventure with David as your guide. Cantaberry - great for soup / salad / sandwichs - the tomato basil soup and chicken and wild rice never dissapoints! (locations in Blue Ridge and Ellijay)
Boat Dock Bar & Grill - Such a relaxed family environment right on Lake Blue Ridge! Our favorite dish is the Smoked Wings with Garlic Buffalo Sauce!
The Rum Cake Lady - Lover of Coffee? She has some great cuban coffee options - also Limoncello rum cake is our favorite! This place also offers Hot Cuban food favorites such as Cubans, Empanadas, and much more! (locations in Blue Ridge and Mckaysville)
Jim’s Smokin’ Que - A little bit of a drive from Copper Cubs (about 45 mins), but COMPLETELY worth it! Our favorite dish is the Baby Back Ribs & Pulled Pork Sandwich!
Misty Mountain Hops - Great atmosphere & kind staff members! The Fat Bottom Girl Burrito was one of our favorites!
Twisted Tomato - All around great wood fired pizza, we always like to sit outdoors on the Toccoa River!
Burra Burra On The River - Right next to Twisted Tomato! Our favorite were the Nachos - One serving is defiantly enough for two people (they also have a Express menu which provides super quick service to allow more time for exploring Mckaysville!)
Las Dos Huastecas - Little hole in the wall Mexican Restaurant with great food! Our favorites, Traditional tacos, chips with queso and salsa
Sue’s Burgers - Great Traditional style burgers (be prepared there is always a bit of a wait for food)
